Delivery & Returns
All orders are shipped UPS 2 day with signature required. All jewelry comes with a signature tarnish-resistant pouch and Jamie Joseph box.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Once payment has been accepted, your order will ship within 3 business days, barring any amendments or changes to the item purchased. You will receive an email with tracking information once it is on its way. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate shipping address where the package can be signed for. All packages shipped by us are insured and will require a signature for delivery. Once delivered as tracked by the carrier, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the shipment. As much as we'd like to hand deliver your goods to ensure a safe and sound transit and arrival, we cannot, and must rely on our carriers. Please refer to your shipment tracking # for estimated delivery times and confirmation. Jamie Joseph is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather or holiday restrictions, customs clearance delays or anything outside of packaging and shipping your items.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that it can be difficult to know if the item you chose is just right until you see it in person. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item on our website, or return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) within 5 days of receipt.
Returns must be sent back in perfect condition with all original packaging. Any item returned without the original tag attached will not be accepted. Cleaning fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund if returned worn. Items returned without original pouches or jewelry boxes will be charged a restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. We are only able to accept returns for pieces purchased through this website. All returns must be sent back insured and prepaid (no COD) and must include an RA (return authorization #). We like to know what we are expecting, so please email us for an RA #.
All returns MUST be sent back 100% insured through either UPS or FedEx with a signature required for delivery. Jamie Joseph assumes no responsibility for orders shipped back until the package is signed for by the studio.
Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card less the original shipping charge and any other applicable fees once the item has been received as expected and explained above.
Once a ring has been resized it is considered final sale and is no longer eligible for return.
All made to order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
